3.1 Property Care: Guests must treat the property with respect and care. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged to the payment method on file.
3.2 House Rules: All guests must comply with the specific house rules listed for each property, including occupancy limits, noise restrictions, and pet policies.
3.3 Behavior: Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or violations of local laws may result in immediate eviction without refund.
4.1 Property Owner Liability: Safar Stays acts as an intermediary. Property owners are responsible for maintaining their properties and ensuring guest safety.
4.2 Guest Liability: Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused during their stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
4.3 Platform Liability: Safar Stays is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
All content on Safar Stays, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Safar Stays or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
